Acceptance

By using the Dungeon Archivist site, trying the public demo, joining the beta update list, creating an Early Access account, or using the account surface, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site, join the update list, or use an account.

Current Product Status

Dungeon Archivist is currently a public demo, a beta update list, and an Early Access account surface. The public demo saves campaign changes in your browser's local storage, while feedback responses may be submitted to Dungeon Archivist. The Early Access account surface may store account records, campaign records, and uploaded files in cloud infrastructure. Campaign export, file-backed import, and account deletion request flows are available for beta users.

Early Access can be used for real campaign material, but it is still beta software. Keep independent backups for important campaign content and uploaded files.

Account availability, timing, features, and service availability are not guaranteed.

Your Content

You keep ownership of campaign notes, files, names, and other material you enter into Dungeon Archivist. Browser-local demo material stays on your device through your browser unless you choose a cloud-backed account feature. Early Access account material may be stored in cloud infrastructure so the account feature can work.

You are responsible for the content you enter or upload. Do not submit material that violates someone else's rights, includes highly sensitive personal information, or cannot be responsibly handled by beta infrastructure.

Acceptable Use

• Do not attack, overload, probe, scrape, or interfere with the site, update-list endpoint, feedback endpoint, account app, or backend services.
• Do not use the site for spam, fraud, malware, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Do not try to access files, systems, or data that are not intentionally made public.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or submit another person's email without permission.

Beta Communications

By joining the update list, you agree to receive Dungeon Archivist beta, launch, and product updates at the email address you provide. You can request removal by emailing support@dungeonarchivist.com.

Project Materials

The Dungeon Archivist name, site design, demo interface, sample campaign material, art, and code made available through the site belong to Dungeon Archivist or its licensors. You may use the public demo for evaluation, but you may not copy or reuse project materials in a competing product or public work without permission.

Third-Party Services

The site may depend on hosting, email, domain, security, analytics, or other service providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

No Warranty

The site, public demo, update list, and Early Access account surface are provided "as is" and "as available." Dungeon Archivist does not promise that the demo or account surface will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable as your only backup for important campaign data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dungeon Archivist will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or opportunities related to use of the site, demo, update list, or Early Access account surface.

Changes and Access

We may change, pause, or remove the site, public demo, update list, Early Access account surface, or these Terms as the project develops. The updated date will show when these Terms last changed.
